Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature building construction work successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 5.00 lakh.iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10.00 lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.iv) The minimum amount of liquid asseti.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 8.00 lakh.v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 5.40 lakh onlyvi) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.b) Valid VAT registration certificate.c) Updated Trade license.d) Up-to-date enlistment of PWD.
