Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.2. All individual(s)/firms(s)/ who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria as stipulated inthe Tender Data Sheet (TDS) except the firm that has been determined to beineligible by BWDB or any other Government organization.3. All conditions apply as per Tender Document.Special Instructions:(a) Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fundbut the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.(b) Work certificate which is issued by the PE (Procuring Entity) and executedby the public fund will only be considered as a qualification criteria.(c) The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim orextra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of thework order with decreased quantity of the work.(d) The tenderer will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility andexpenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing thetender and entering into a contract contract for performance of the works.(e) Latest govt. circular on procurement of works will be applicable.(f) PSN attached in Section 7 must be followed strictly.(g) no JV will be allowed in this tender.(h) The Tenderer (PE) reserves all the rights to reduce any number of postmentioned in the contract as required with a 30 days notice.
