Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.2. Tenderer should fulfill all criterias which are stated in TDS.3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format (From PSN-5, in section-7). Without credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format tender declare a nonresponsive.4. Payment will be made upon availability of fund and after Qualification of Services Measurement by BWDB's office . For this no claim will entertain.5. Quoted amount filled properly in the activity schedule by the tenderer s/he will be non-responsive.6. After completion the tender opening process. If disable to download the important documents of the tender. Which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.7. The Tenderers will submit all documents for man power supply of his own responsibility & expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.8. Latest GoB circular on procurement of works will be applicable.9. Evaluation will be done on the basis of the all qualification criterion of man power which are described attached PSN document in the section-7. So, authenticated information along with documents will have to be incorporated with the tender. Actual certificate will have to clearly mentioned in the submitted documents as per uploaded PSN in section -710. Arrangement of manpower for non-consulting services (if any) need to be made by the tenderer and no claim in this regard will be entertained11.
