Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Enlistment/Registered Certificate of FY 2024-25 with category ‘A- or above for the Department of Inspection for Factories andEstablishment (DIFE), Ministry of Labor and Employment.2. Tender security will be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour ofDeputy Director, Regional Accounting Center, BWDB, Faridpur or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank ofBangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, Gopalganj WD Division will be allowed (Bank Guarantee FormPSN-4).3. Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the recruitment committee.4. Service provider/personnel needs to appear for interview to the authority on date and place as specified by PE.5. Tenderer has to submit list of personnel for each post with CV, filled up excel sheet regarding the information of outsourcingpersonnel given in Appendix-D and experience certificate.6. Recruiting manpower through outsourcing does not guarantee permanent employment. As soon as the manpower supplyexpires, their service period or service will automatically expire. Subsequent assimilation or regularization or any other facility inthis regard cannot be claimed in any way.Note: The Procurement of Non-Consulting Services (PSN) document will be applicable for this Manpower Supply work which hasbeen uploaded in section-7. This tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, activityschedule, and various forms etc. (that contains qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, sub-criteria, the point/mark against varioussub-criteria and other related conditions) of the PSN document.
