• Project Name : Institutional readiness for emerging-reemerging pandemic diseases: exploration of disease etiology at molecular level, evaluation of treatments in practice, and development of novel antiviral strategies
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. General Experience: Three-five years of general experience in whole sequencing-related services.2. Specific Experience: Successful completion of at least one laboratory renovation work of similar nature3. Financial Capacity: Annual turnover over 15 lakh, a minimum amount of liquid assets/ working capital, or unconditional credit facilities to complete the works.4. Legal Compliance: Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate with TIN, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license, any other required licenses or certificates specified in the tender document, such as ISO certificates or specific contractor licenses.
  Brief Description of assignment : 1. Whole genome sequencing services (in-house using Illumina NGS installed at the entity) including training students/researchers at the entity.2. Sequence annotation and training at the entity.3. Targeted short DNA fragment (gene) sequencing services.
