Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in construction works.b) Having experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number similar work whose work value at least of Tk. 1.50 ( One lac and fity thousend) lac in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 03 (Three) years.In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.In case of the work done under any Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk. 3.00 (Three) lac.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.80 lac, which should be submitted by prescribed form of CPTU(PW2a3)e) The Tenderer must possesi) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate.f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender document.g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost shall be rejected.
