Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlistment category contractor who are registered in the National e-GP System portal and (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.b) Liquid Asset is 16.00 Lakh.c) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Repair & Maintenance of Building works of at Least (1) One contract (single) of similar nature from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years of minimum value tk. 12.00 lac.d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 8.00 lac of best three (3) years in the last five (5) years or best five (5) years in the last ten (10) financial years.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.e) The minimum tender capacity shall be : Tk. 12.00 lac.f) Tender Security will be submitted through bank draft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh.g) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate and NID.h) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 16:00 on 15/ 03 /2026.i) Further information and guidelines are available in the National e-GP System portal and from e-GP help desk (helpdesk@eprocure.gov.bd.)j) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra cla...
