Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must have a minimum of 05 (five) years of overall experience on related field.2. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) from eligible source countries may participate through their localagent. OEM must have minimum 10 years overall experience.3. In case of local tenderer, tenderer shall have 05 years of specific experience on PKI/ Cyber Security.4. Tenderer (local/OEM) shall have minimum 02 similar work/activities completion certificate in last 05 yearsand total value should be minimum 8.5 crore BDT or equivalent foreign currency.5. Authorized local agent/distributor shall have 05 years similar work experience.6. Tenderer/Authorized agent must have physical facilities to provide after sales support during contractperiod.7. Tenderer or authorized local agent must have credit line facilities/liquid asset of at least BDT 09 croresupported by documentary evidence.8. Tenderer must be a member of BASIS.9. Tenderer (local/OEM) must be ISO 27001: 2013 certified company.10. Tenderer must submit a manufacture /Official Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorization letter.11. Local bidder must engage in project team consists of experienced project manager, PKI expert, CyberSecurity expert, Network engineer and database administrator.12. Tenderer (local/OEM) must engage PKI experts who have experience of working with CA/PKIsolution from Nexus group to assist CCA personnel for upgradation of Existing NexusCertificate Manager solution. Need to submit evidence.13. Tenderer will submit a deceleration letter mentioning that they are not a licensed CA company or CCAempaneled auditor. Due to compliance issue, licensed CA Company/CCA empaneled auditor or their anysubsidiary, associate company is not eligible to participate this bidding.
