Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Qualification criteria/Experience of the tenderer: i) Reputed construction firms who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience of tendering against construction section in public sector as Prime Service Provider/Sub Contractor. ii) The minimum specific experience of at least 01 (one) contract of construction works such as road maintenance or construction/building construction/similar types of construction works successfully completed within last 05 (Five) years under Government/Semi Government/Autonomous organizations/Govt. Project/ any other public sector or as per ITT with a value of at least Tk.1.0 (One) crore. (all years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) (iii) The firm must have completed at least three (03) similar types of construction/maintenance works of in the last 05 (Five) years which minimum value Tk 50 (Fifty) lac each. iv) The required average annual turnover is minimum Tk. 100 (One Hundred) lakh over best three (03) years in the last five (05) years. Must submit relevant documents against turnover as per ITT. (Payment certificate/Audit Report); v) Submit Audit Report of last 03 year; vi) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit line limits of the tenderer shall be Tk. 50 (Fifty) Lac (as per PPR-25 & STD); vii) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 01 (one) crore taka.
