Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements:a) A minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience in construction works, including Good supply works.b) A minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in RO Machine/ Water treatment PlantSupply/repair, servicing, and (Sylhet sand & Chemical Mix, Carbon, Jambo Filter) Supply and replacement works, At least 2 (Two) contract must have a sum of value of Taka 7,00,000.00, and the aforementioned RO Machine/ Water treatment Plant repair, servicing, and Supply and replacement completed within the last 5 (Five) years.d) A minimum liquid asset of Taka 7,00,000.00 is required.e) All other criteria stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) must be met.2. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be considered ineligible.3. The minimum required tendering capacity is Taka 7,00,000.00.4. Tenderer must submit the VAT certificate, IT certificate, Trade License, NID, Bank Solvency Certificate, liquid assets, Income Tax Assessment Year shall be [2025-2026], Audit reports shall be for the past [2024-25, 01] years, general and Specific similar experience certificates, technical specifications, and other required documents along with the tender documents.
