• Project Name : Protection of Morrelganj Upazila Sadar and adjacent areas from erosion of Pangusi river in Bagerhat District and Re-excavation/Dredging of Bishkhali river
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All tenderers must be registered with the e-GP portal through BPPA (formerly CPTU).2. The tenderer should meet all of the criteria outlined in the TDS.3. Tenderers should submit their credit line facility/liquid assets certificate according to the attached format (Form PW3-7). The credit line facility certificate format is attached in Section 7 of TDS. Without a credit line facility/liquid assets certificate according to the attached format, the tenderer may be declared non-responsive.4. The quoted amount of the tender beyond 10% above or below the official estimated cost will be non-responsive.5. Payments for executed work will be made upon the availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained. The quality and quantity of work shall be checked by the BWDB Task Force Committee.6. The quality and quantity of work shall be measured in compliance with relevant specifications stated in Approved Design, BWDB Taskforce Guideline, Technical Specification for Civil Works of BWDB, STANDARD SCHEDULE OF RATES of BWDB, TDS, PCC and any other direction of Engineer in Charge. They materials may be tested (as many times as necessary) at contractor's own cost in BWDB Laboratory, BUET, KUET, LGED Laboratory, BCSIR or any other institute deemed acceptable by the Engineer in Charge.7. The contractor shall keep records of still and video pictures of the works before and after the completion of the works, at his own expense, maintaining the same angle of pictures.8.
