Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) All tenderer must be registered in e-gp portal system.2) Payment will be made upon availability of fund; Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained.3) It is the tenderer's responsibility to submit all documents in their original form. If any documents become corrupted and theevaluation team is unable to open the file, no claim will be considered.4) VAT & IT from bill will be deducted as per prevailing Government Rate.5) If any type of Structure/Obstacle needs dismantling or any land is needed to execute the work, the tenderer will do this at hisown expense.
