Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Payment of work will be made on the availability of budget & fund.2. If any type of Structures/Obstacles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design & Specification, the selected Contractor will do this at his own cost & arrangement. No Extra claim will be entertained in this regard.3. Representative still picture & video of prework & postwork of the same location will be taken by contractor and submit to Procuring entity at contractor's own cost.4. Quantity of work may increase or decrease.5. Design may also be changed or modified (if required).6. Prework & Postwork may be also taken by taskforce or other agency or jointly as per instruction of Higher Authority or PE.7. After completion of the whole work final Measurement will be Taken. The final bill will be paid based on the final measurement.8. Contract will be terminated if contractor's personnel is involved in any kind of unauthorized/illegal financial transaction from the locals during work.9. Work order/NOA will be issued depending on project time extension approval from the competent authority."A misrepresentation or omission regarding the value of existing commitments and ongoing works by a tenderer in the E-GP system constitutes a fraudulent practice under ITT clause Corrupt, Fraudulent, Collusive, Coercive or Obstructive practices.
