Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 7(Seven) Lac.3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 6 (Six) Lac over the last 5 financial years. 4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or credit line(s) must be submitted by the Tenderers shall be Tk. 8 (Eight) Lac in the prescribed form e-PW2A-8 published by BPPA.5. The minimum capacity shall be: 7 (Seven) Lac.6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license, & return slip of Assessment year mentioned in TDS.7. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.8. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
