  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderers must have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience will be charged accordingly of construction works.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of building including civil, internal sanitary and electrification works successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, years counting backward form the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 4.00 (Four) Lac in the last 03 (Three) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 03 (Three) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities as prescribed format of Tk. 4.00 (Four ) Lac.5. The Tenderer must enclose VAT certificate, up-to-date Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date Combined/1st class License.6. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD of CPTU .All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
