  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be five (5) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system](b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed in Govemment/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 (Four) Lakh Only [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system](c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6.30 (Six Lakh Thirty Thousand) only over the last five (5) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4.80 (Four Lakh Eighty Thousand) only Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset.(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 4.50 (Four Lakh Fifty Thousand) only.
