Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All e-Gp registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tender provided they have the following qualifications as wel as other qualifications mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet:a. General experience of the Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years of operation, maintenance & servicing of lift.b. The intending tenderer's must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.c. The minimum specific experience of the Tenderer at least 01 (one) contract of similar work completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk 20.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.(years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).d. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PG2-7 in original form) of Tk. 20.00 Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.e. The tenderer must have sole distributorship certificate and spare parts supply assurance certificate from the lift manufacturer company such IGV (Italy) Wittur (Germany), Orona (Spain), MacPuarsa (Spain), Movi (Italy) or equivalent.All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
