Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (i) Having valid upto date trade license, upto date income tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate(ii) Upto date bank solvency.(iii) Business experience in Civil work should be at least 7 (seven) years and satisfactorily completed at least 01 (One) similar nature of work not less than Tk. 15 (Fifteen) Lac in a single contract in any government /semi-government/autonomous organization of Bangladesh during the last 5(five) years. The tenderers shall have to furnish certificates in this respect obtained from the proper authority.iv) Minimum average turnover in the last 05 (five) year preceding shall not be less than taka 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac.(v) Minimum liquid assets/credit facilities shall be taka 20.00 (Twenty) Lac. In case of credit facilities bank shall ensure that the above-mentioned credit limits will be given if the said work is awarded to the contractor.vi) Tenderers shall have to fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet & also other terms and conditions of the tender documents.
