  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer must have:1) Up to Date valid Trade License.2) Up to Date Income Tax Certificate.3) VAT Registration Document4) Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement Slip issued by the competent Authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2024-25).5) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.6) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Pipeline works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of Pipeline (P.V.C & S.S) works successfully completed within the last 01 (One) year, each with a value of at least BDT 5,00,000.00 (five Lakh Taka Only)7) Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 4,50,000.00 (Four lakh and Fifty thousand Taka Only) from any scheduled Bank; without which the Quotation may be considered non-responsive.Note:1.
