• Project Name : Construction of Nuclear Power Housing Complex at Rooppur, Ishwardi, Pabna
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Electro-mechanical(E/M) works or Electro-mechanical(E/M) Repair & Maintenance works shall be 05 (Five) years.ii) The minimum specific experience of satisfactory completion of similar nature of Replacement of the damaged/unserviceable spare parts & servicing of Air-cooler machine works of minimum12 story Building with a value of at least BDT 1.45 Crore under maximum Single (01) Contract during last Five (05) years in Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.iii) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last five (05) years BDT 2.50 crore, Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.iv) The minimum liquid asset amounting of BDT 0.75 Crore, supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per specific Form (e-PW2A-8) .Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive. vii) The minimum Tender capacity shall be BDT 1.30 crore.viii) Tenderer must submit the following up to date documents:a) Trade license.b) PWD Registration book.c) VAT Registration Certificate.d) Latest Income Tax Clearance certificate.e) Authorization letter of Tenderer representative duly attested by the Tenderer.f...
