Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General experience :-Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in repair/renovation/construction works of RCC Residential/Non Residential Building, roads, boundary wall, drain etc.(b) Specific experience:-A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 3.10 (Three point one zero) Lac under 01 (One) no. of contract(s) over a period of 03 (Three) years shall be required.(c) Minimum average annual construction turn over :-The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3.10 (Three point one zero) Lac over the last 03 (Five) years. Only Payment certificate issued by competent authority shall be accepted as proof of turnover.(d) Tender capacity: -The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 3.75 (Three point seven five) Lac.(e) Liquid asset requirement: -The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.50 (Two point five) Lac.(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender.
