Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible and reputable contractors who meet the following criteria:a) The tenderer must have at least five (5) years of general experience in electro-mechanical works.b) The tenderer must have completed at least one (1) similar contract within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. 21.00 lakh, for a Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Body in Bangladesh (counting backward from the date of IFT publication in the e-GP system). A work completion certificate in the prescribed Form A (attached) must be submitted as follows:i) For work completed under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority must be the concerned Executive Engineer.ii) For work completed under any other Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Body, the certifying authority must be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer, and the certificate must be verified by the concerned PWD Executive Engineer of the district where the work was executed.c) The tenderer must have an average annual construction turnover of more than Tk. 17.00 lakh over the last five (5) years.d) The tenderer must have a minimum of Tk. 26.00 lakh in liquid assets, working capital, or credit facilities.e) The minimum tender capacity must be Tk. 24.00 lakh.f) The tenderer must possess the following valid and up-to-date documents:- ABC/BC category Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from the Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.- Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN.- BIN Registration Certificate from the NBR.- Trade License.g) Additional documents supporting technical specifications, compliance and other requirements as per TDS & PCC.
