Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Building/construction works.ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least [01] contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last 05] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [4.20] Laciii) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 3.60 Lac over the last [05] financial years. Only Payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.iv) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk Tk. 3.00 Lac as per form PW2A-8.v) Minimum Tender Capacity TK 4.50 Lac.(vi) Documents of valid and Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board etc. shall be submitted.(vii) All other & detailed conditions and criteria as specified in all sections of the tender document must be fulfilled.
