Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor of supply & installation of at least 1(one) 400 KVA sub station and 3 kw Solar System successfully completed within the last 5(five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 3,00,00,000/- (Three Crore) over the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities as (Form PG3-8) format of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 20,00,000/- (Twenty lac). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore). In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must submitt list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as (Form PW2A-2B) format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date. In case of JV, agreement between leading and other partners shall be required.6. The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC contractory & supervisory licence7. Other qualifications are described in tender documents and tender data sheet (TDS).
