Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Bangladeshi Firm/Contractor having minimum 03 (Three) years general experience in the field of Construction Works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor.b) The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor:i) At least 01 (One) Contract of Civil Construction/Structural Works/Building Construction/Repair & Maintenance Works of minimum contract value of Taka 4.0 (Four) Lakh successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).ii) Work Completion Certificate shall be submitted by the Tenderer as a proof of Specific Experience. Work Completion Certificate must be issued by the Procuring Entity (Procuring Entity means any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous/Corporate Body or Agency).iii) Work Completion Certificate issued by any Non-Government Procuring Entity (Private Company/Firm) shall not be considered. i.e. Non-Government or Private Experience shall not be considered.c) The Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Last 05 (Five) years Audited Balance Sheet.*** The Tenderer/Bidder who has 2 (Two) or more on-going/running works in CPGCBL is not eligible to participate in this Tender.
