Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 (One) contract of fabricating, supplying, installation of flap gate/vertical lift gate/radial gate/avis gate/boat pass gate/hand wheel/pedestal/drum type hoisting system successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lacs.3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 12.00 lacs over the best 3 (Three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years.4. The minimum amount of financial resources as credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 11.00 lacs.5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 10.00 lacs.6. Tenderer must have the audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet for the past 1 (One) year.7. Tenders are not allowed to form Joint Ventures to participate in this tendering process.8. The contractor must have to keep videos and images records of the work in different stages (before starting, during and after completion) at his own cost and submit the same to the office of the PE.
