Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System)A satisfactory completion of similar works like Repairing & Maintence of Building Construction at least Tk 16,50,000./- under single of contract over a period of 5 years under Government / Semi-Government / Corporation / Autonomous Organization shall be required. Tenderer must submitted Work Completion Certificate with NOA.(Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System)The minimum amount of credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 14,90,000/-The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 16,00,000/- over the last 03 Financial years under Government / Semi-Government / Corporation / Autonomous Organization shall be required. Tenderer must submitted Work Completion Certificate with NOA.The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 15,70,000/-.Other required eligibility & condition of the Tenderers as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet of Tender Document.
