Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Up to date VAT, IT and Trade license certificate.Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in related works.Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Successful completion of at least 1 (One) No. of repair or maintenance works, construction or renovation work of minimum Tk. 30.00 Lakh in a single contract in Bangladesh during the last 5 (five) years.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 96.00 lac over the last 5 years.During evaluation if the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 10% less/above than the Official Estimated price, then the respective tenderer will be revoked from the tender.The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 48.00 Lac (Must be submitted in the Form PW2a-3 from any scheduled bank, otherwise tender may be considered as non-responsive) (without addition or alteration) (CPTU STD PW-2a). Please see section 7 for PW2a-3 form.Minimum Tender Capacity should be 38.00 lac.Up-to date ABC category contractor and supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.The Provisions laid down in the “PPA & PPR-2008 including latest all amendment” and STD will be Followed.
