Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : • The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 years experience as supplier in supply of Water Pump-Motor & related goods and installation or equivalent water supply works with necessary related accessories.• The Tenderer/bidder shall have a experience in supply of Drinking water supply (deep tube well) or Irrigation pump and installation of pump system of valuation minimum Tk. 7.50 (Seven point five) lakhs in any government/semi-Govt./autonomous organization under maximum two contracts in the immediate last 5(Five) financial years.• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of the tenderer shall be Tk. 12.00 (Fifty) lakhs. Bank certificate (credit line certificate) confirming sanction of credit facility specifically committed for this work (as per credit commitment form) or statement for liquid assets for the said amount from the concerned Bank shall be submitted with the tender.• The tenderer shall have up to date trade license, income tax certificate, vat registration certificate and ISO certificate of the manufacturer of goods and it must be enclosed with the offer.• The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).• The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address and telephone number.• Minimum Tender Capacity should be 9.00 lac.• The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 24.00 lac over the last 5 years.• Necessary Civil and Renovation works should be done as per site condition and requirement.• The Provisions laid down in the “PPA & PPR-2008 including latest all amendment” and STD will be Followed
