Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer/Contractor:i. The tenderer/ Construction firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience similar nature of works (supply and installation/ repairing and maintenance work of pontoon/barge, pump-motor set and panel board etc. of floating irrigation scheme/ system) are eligible for this tender.ii. The tenderer/Construction firms who have a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work (experience in supply and installation/ repairing and maintenance work of pontoon/barge, pump-motor set and panel board etc. of floating irrigation scheme/ system) as specific experience of minimum 30 (thirty) Lakhs in a single contract for the last 10 (ten) years in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous organization in Bangladesh.iii. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakhs during the last 5 years;iv. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 (fifteen) lakhs.v. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;vi. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender;vii. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents;viii. The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained;ix. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained;x. The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document (including Section-7 and 8) thoroughly before submitting the tender.
