Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.2. Tenderer Should have Valid Trade License, Income Tax & VAT Registrationcertificates.3. Any individual (s)/ firm who fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in thetender data sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the Tender Document forOpen Tendering Method (OTM) can participate.4. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10 (Ten) percent above/less than officialestimated cost will be non-responsive.5. Tender Security shall be submitted in the form of DD/BD/Pay Order(MICR) in favor of Accounts Officer, Regional Accounting Center (RAC),BWDB, Dalia.6. Planned & Actual start/commencement & Completion data will have toclearly mentioned in the submitted work certificate. In case of JVCA workcertificate, share of each partner must be mentioned or write up on thecertificate, otherwise it will be rejected during evaluation process.9. Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extrapayment will be entertained for delay of payment.10.
