Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Enlisted Contractor of BADC or from any other government agency, division, autonomous, semi-autonomous body or corporation who havea) valid trade license with up to date renewal.b) Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.c) VAT registration Certificate.2. Minimum amount of liquid asset is Tk 16,00,000/- (Sixteen Lakh.) Regarding this purpose only Bank statement (from the date of publishing the tender in web site to the date of submission of tender by the tenderer) will be consider.3. The required average annual supply and construction turnover shall be Tk.17,00,000/-( Saventeen Lakh.) over the last three (3) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.4. A satisfactory completion of similar type supply and construction works of at least Taka 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lakh Fifty )under single number of contract over a period of last 3(Three) years counting backward from the date of publishing the tender shall be required.5. The tenderer must have general experience of supply and construction work/Similar works of at least 5 years in Govt. sector.6.
