Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities.i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in lift operation & maintenance works.ii) Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Similar works of Tk.2.00 Lac in a single tender during last five years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer.iii) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk.22.00 Lac Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.iv)Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.3.00 Lac, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank.v)All papers shall have to be Up-to-date according to TDS & IFT of this tender notice & documents.vi)All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers.vii) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate, that tender will be non-responsive.viii) Tenderer must have up to date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electric licensing board.ix) Tenderer must be the sole Agent/ official distributor of Orona/ Schindler Brand lift and manufacturer authorisation letter of Orona/ Schindler Brand Lift must be submitted.x) Certificate from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift for the next one (01) year should be submitted with the tender.
