  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible having minimum qualification mentioned below:a) The minimum number of years of general experience in Construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 14.00 (Fourteen) Lac under single contract over a period of last 5 years in any Government/semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh shall be required.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than tk 18.00 (Eighteen) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be tk15.00 (Fifteen) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e: in PW2a-3 form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. Format is attached with Tender.e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.f) Tenderer Must have up-to date ABC/BC Catagory Contractor and Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board.g) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 16.00 (sixteen) Lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with following supporting documents: i) Maximum value of Works performed in any one year during last five years and ii) Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next 12 months.
