Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers Registerd with e-gp having valid Trade Licence, TIN number, VAT Registration, Nationality (NID), Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract.are eligibleEligibilities:1. All tenderers/firms must be registered with BPPA through the e-GP portal.2. All administrative orders regarding payment issued from time to time will be followed strictly.3. Payment will be made on the availability of funds.4. The scope of work/ contract price may be reduced depending on actual field conditions and fund Allocation.5. The contractor must visit the site and get acquainted with the condition of the site, the scope of work, and the available workspace before tendering.6. No fees will be provided for preparing and submitting the offer.7. The contractor must keep video and image records of the work in different stages (before starting, during, and after completion) at his own cost and submit them to the office of the Executive Engineer, BWDB, Noakhali (Circular attached in Section 7).8. Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific form PW2a-3 without any alteration. Otherwise Tender will be non-responsive. (Letter of Commitment form PW2a-3 enclosed in General Specification in Section 7).9. Volume of work may be increased or decreased or totally dropped depending upon the actual field condition.10. The Contractor must take Still Photograph and Video of the work in progress on a regular basis.11. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
