Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities.i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in lift maintenance works.ii) Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of lift maintenance works (Orona or equivalent brand) of Tk.3.00 Lac in a single tender during last five years.iii) Tenderer need to be sole/authorised distributor of Orona or equivalent brandiv) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk.4.50 Lac Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.v) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.4.50 Lac, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-8) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.vi)All papers shall have to be Up-to-date according to TDS & IFT of this tender notice & documents.vii)All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2025 will remain valid and all supporting papers.viii) Minimum tender capacity should be 3.50 lac.ix) Tenderer must have up to date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electric licensing board.
