Eligibility of Tenderer : Reputed Contractors/Construction firms with a minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works have a satisfactory completion of a similar nature of work as specific experience with at least a minimum work order value of Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakhs in a single contract completed over the last 05 (Five) years in any Government or semi-government or autonomous organization. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid assets) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 25.00 (Twenty-Five) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between the publication date and the submission date of the tender;The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lakhs during the last 5 years;The Tenderer must submit an updated Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, and valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.The work of the packages may be dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation by the PE for which no claim shall be entertained.Payment shall be made subject to the availability of funds. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.The tenderer can participate in all lots (all tenders of the construction division in financial year 2023-24) but one tenderer shall get a maximum 02(two) lots (if responsive and the lowest bidder in more than 02(two) lots)The Tenderers who are interested in participating are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before participating in the tender.
