Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer inConstruction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least1 (one) Construction work under single contract within the last 5(Five) years ofa value of at least Tk. 8.00 (Eight Lac) in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.8.00 (Eight Lac) over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years countingbackward from the date of publication of IFT.d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in thePW2a-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 8.00 (Eight Lac)e)The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT RegistrationCertificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Citizenship certificate & national identity card copy.f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 8.00 (Eight Lac) The Tenderer mustsubmit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.g) VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.h). All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender documentmust be fulfilled.
