Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience will be charged accordingly of construction works.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of building including civil, internal sanitary and electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 28.00 (Twenty Eight) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a form without any alteration) Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lac.5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 28 Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT certificate, up-to-date Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date Combined/1st class License.7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD of CPTU .All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled. Follow CPTU up-to-date circular.
