Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This IFT is open to all eligible Tenderers having following criteria:(a) Minimum 5 years of general experience in Construction Works as Prime Contractor(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor under single contract must be completed within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 2(two) Lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2.5(two point five) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover having minimum information of PE, Memo, date, % share (if applicable) etc. to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2(two) Lac. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e: in PW2a-3 form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate and ABC/BC catagory electrical and Supervisory liscence issued from electric liscensing board.(f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 2.5(two point five) Lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet supported by ongoing work list having minimum information of work name, Contract no, PE, Contract amount, payment received, JV share, Contract period etc.
