Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Established Experienced First Class Contractor/ construction firm of Bangladesh Power Development Board/ Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous bodies.2. The intending Tenderer Must have upto date valid Trade License, VAT & Income Tax Clearance certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate.3. Minimum average annual construction turnover should be greater than Tk. 3.5 ( Three point five) lac over the last 05 (five) years .4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.0 (Three) lac.5. Should have a satisfactory completion of similar work experience of at least Tk. 3.00 (Three) lac under single contract.
