Project Name : Learning Acceleration in Secondary Education (LAISE)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) Years.2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works (Repair & Renovation /Construction of Building) for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk-30.000 Lakh in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years.3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk-35.000 Lakh over the last 05 (five)Years(35*5=175 lakh) , (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK -25.000 lakh. acceptable in the form of e-PW2A-8 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID.5. Income tax clearance certificate upto date & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License Up to DateSatisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS. Note: A Conctractor whose previous work is not satisfactory and also does not complete any work within stipulated time then the tenderer participating in this tender will be non-responsive.If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
