Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 Five) years.b.The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in Construction works of at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 16.00 Lakh.c.The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 18.00 Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years.d.The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15.00 Lakh. (In the Form PW2a-3) in original form.e. Satisfying other criterion laid down in the Tender date sheet of Tender documents.f. Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2024-2025)g. TIN registration Certificate (2024-2025) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit).h. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected/included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.i. Other Criteria are stated in TDS & PCC.N.B: Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
