Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : A) Reputed Contractors/Supplying firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Renovation, construction & Interior works.B) Specific Experience: (i) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of Government organization or Public/ Autonomous University during last 3 (Three) years of Tk. 2.50 lac (Two lac fifty thousand) for Package- APP-22/2024-25/BT in a single work-order and shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department/organization.C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 5.50 lac (Five lac fifty thousand) for Package- APP-22/2024-25/BT. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.Turn over must be authenticated by NBR.D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk 4.50 lac (Four lac fifty thousand) for Package- APP-22/2024-25/BT only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.F) The tenderer must possess:(i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate(iii) Up to date trade license(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate.G) JVCA is not allowed
