Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) five years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least (01) one contract(s) of similar nature Building Construction from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfuly completed within the last (05) five years in a single work order of minimum value at least TK.44.00 lakh.c) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk 100.00 lakh or more during the last (05) five years.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be TK.42.00 lakh. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of (Form PW2a-3) mentioning the name of single work i.e single tender ID.Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be Accepted. Bank solvency certificate and bank statement will be not alowed as liquid asset.e) According to CPTU Letter Memo No: 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019 & According to the Letter Memo No : OAM/439/EED/Post Graduate/1666; Dated : 24.12.2019 from Office of The Chief Engineer of Education Engineering Department, the tenderer who has not start his/her work/works within 7 days from signing Contract or Agreement; or 28 days stop work/works without any acceptable reason or schedule stipulated time has paased away but his/her work/works not yet completed, he/she will not be eligible for this tender notice.f) The Bidders who have works pending which are not completed in due time without valid reason and the quality of works is not satisfactory then they will be Non responsive for this Tender.g) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
