  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : (i) Not been prevented by the order of any Judicial Court from entering into and/or signing contract with the procuring entity as per PPA-2006, PPR-2008.(ii) The number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be Minimum 03 (Three) Years.(iii) The specific experience (Work completion certificate along with NOA/Work Order should be submitted) of satisfactory completion of similar nature of Construction/Remodeling/Repair works (Civil & Electrical) of at least Tk 75 (Seventy Five) Lac in a single tender under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body in the last 03 (Three) years (Years counting backward from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper).(iv) The required average annual construction turnover (Work completion certificate along with NOA/Work Order should be submitted) shall be at least Tk 90 (Ninety) Lac in the last 03 (Three) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).(v) Minimum Liquid Asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of Tk 80 (Eighty) Lac. Documents must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender as per form PW2a-3 (Form is uploaded) must be submitted for this purpose.(vi) Updated ABC electrical contractory or AC/ABC electrical supervisory license of the bidding entity /technical personnel working in the bidding entity.(vii) Up to date Trade License, Up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Manpower, Equipment list, etc.
