Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (03) Three years;counting backward from the date of publ. of IFT.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Repair & Renovation Works from Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of BD successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single Work order of minimum value at least Tk. 8.00 lakh.c) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk. 7.00 Lakh or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT & Financial year wise separately turnover shouldbe submitted).d)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT.8.00 Lakh only.In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.e)The tenderer must have to submitted upto date valid trade license,VAT-Registration&Income Tax Clearance Certificate.f) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.g) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.N.B: Bills will be paid subject to receipt of funds.
