  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of experience in Construction and associate works.b) Having minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of similar nature of work; Tk. 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh) in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. Years count backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during best three (3) years in the last five (5) years of Tk. 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh) Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.d) Working Capital or Liquid Asset or A revolving Line of credit provided by the Bank in case of awarded the contract for execution of the work for an amount at least Tk. 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh), for the sole purpose of the execution of the specified contract and Working Capital or Liquid Asset or A revolving Line of credit provided by the Bank will be maintained by the bank untill issuance of "Taking - Over Certificate" by the Procuring Entity.
