Project Name : Renovation and repair of record rooms in the office of the Deputy Commissioner
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature Works successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk 40.00 (Forty) Lakh in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD.4. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) years of Tk 30.00(Thirty) Lakh Payment Certificate(s) must be submitted as evidence of turnover.5. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer as mentioned in ePW3-7 shall be Tk 16.00(Sixteen) Lakh.6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 48.00 (Forty-Eight) Lakh.7. The Tenderer must submit with Tender :a. Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate.b. Only submitted payment certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.c. The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates & contract agreement of all completed and on-going works.All Necessary supporting documents and certificates must contain a valid email ID & Phone Number otherwise the Tender will be summarily rejected.
