Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tenders is opened to all eligible tenderers are as mentioned below :-1. Similar nature of work means completion of repair, renovation & maintenance works valued at least Tk. 05.00 (Taka Five Lakh Only) Lakh in a single contract under Public Sector i.e. Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies will only be considered. This is to be supported by Work Order/NOA and Work Certificate. Private works will not be taken into Consideration. Similar nature of work will be checked by the Procuring Entity.2. The required average annual construction Turnover will be minimum Tk. 07.00 (Taka Seven Lakh Only) Lakh over the period of last 05 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper/e-GP Website. Average annual construction Turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under Public Sector i.e. Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies will only be considered. Private works will not be taken into Consideration.3. The minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e. Working Capital or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer will be Tk. 04.00 (Taka Four Lakh Only) Lakh. The Liquid Assets Certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for Evaluation. Liquid Assets Certificate will be checked by the Procuring Entity.4. The minimum Tender Capacity will be Tk. 06.00 (Taka Six Lakh Only) Lakh.5. The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.6. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of Tender Documents.
